The BCS AutoBOX is capable of automatically changing styles and sizes, reducing the need for tooling and manual set ups. Using Quick Set UP technology and touch activated screens, the box style and size are easily entered and stored so that we may create a multitude of boxes with little setup time and no expensive cuttings dies to purchase. The versatile AutoBOX runs different thicknesses of corrugated with ease, from E-Flute to Triple Wall using a fraction of the energy traditional box making machines use, saving you further production costs.

Features of the AutoBOX include:

Capable of running small to large quantities.
Produces one or five panel folders (OPF's or FPF's) without tooling.
Has 2 sections for 8x8 cutting die attachments.
Capable of continuous printing through the carton.
Produces multiple partitions from one blank with 3/8" slot.

Farley Promoted

Please join us in congratulating Samantha Farley on her promotion to Assistant Plant Manager at Cumberland Container.

Samantha's story is one we're especially proud of. She's a Monterey native who joined our team almost 17 years ago in general labor, hand-labeling boxes on the floor. Her father worked at Cumberland Container for 15 years before her, and the two even worked alongside each other for a stretch, so in a lot of ways, this plant has been part of her family's story for a long time.
Through nearly two decades of hard work, consistency, and a genuine willingness to grow, Samantha has earned her way into plant leadership.

She now holds two distinctions in our company's history: she's both the youngest and the first woman to serve as Assistant Plant Manager at Cumberland Container. She leads and organizes our monthly safety meetings, as well as, collects the safety audits for each machines and posts them in the plant, these are only a few highlights among all the hats she wears.

Samantha has earned the respect of the entire Cumberland workforce including those who have been here for 30+ years, along with the Ownership, whom have complete confidence in her. She acts and thinks strategically and understands the importance of training and developing the workforce. Today, she's in the plant by 4 AM, making sure everyone and everything on the platform runs smoothly, safely, and efficiently.

We're grateful for leaders like Samantha, who show what's possible when you invest in your people for the long haul.

Cumberland Preps for Cold Corr

Exciting developments continue with our Cold Corr project as we prepare for the machine's arrival.

Today, our team poured the foundation that will support it, right after clearing the space and running new electrical service and water lines to get the building ready. It's the kind of work that doesn't show up in a headline, but it's the groundwork (literally) for everything that comes next.

This project represents a significant step forward for Cumberland Container, and we're excited to keep bringing you along as it takes shape. More to come soon.

Cold Corr of Monterey™ Becomes First U.S. Company to Order Interpac's Patented Cold Corrugator

2TheColdCorrugator Cold Corr of Monterey™, a newly formed corrugated sheet producer and sister company of Cumberland Container, based in Monterey, Tennessee, has become the first company in the United States to order Interpac's patented cold corrugation technology. The milestone marks a significant step forward for the independent converting industry, bringing an innovative sheet production process to the American market for the first time.
Interpac's patented cold corrugation technology, an in-house, innovative, eco-friendly manufacturing process that produces corrugated board on a smaller scale without steam, high temperatures, or energy-intensive heating is uniquely suited for independent sheet converting plants.
