New Software with Helping Customers

In 2017, Cumberland added the Customer Care Portal to their operating software Amtech. With this addition, our customers can now interact in real time by having a 360º view of account and order status over days, weeks and months. In addition to that, we can grant access to one click order tracking, shipment tracking, design collaboration and other advanced reporting, such as re-printing invoices and bill of ladings. It’s a simple, valuable online customer experience, giving our customers the information about their account and products when they want it, in order to optimize their business operation.
